Chapter 4 discusses Wikis. While I understand that wikis and
blogs are resources for teacher and student learning, I just don’t get how to
use Wikis in my classroom. After looking
at numerous sites such as Blogging policies and resources and David Warlick sites I am still confused. Thoughts???
We're getting to the wiki unit in class this week. Hopefully, that will help, but think blogging is a better place to start 3rd graders with using as a communication tool. We will be using Wikispaces, but there are easier tools for 3rd graders to use. One of the best places to start 3rd graders is with a blogging tool like KidBlog.
